- 1 (15 oz.) can pink or red salmon
- 1 egg
- pepper to taste
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Drain salmon and debone.

2Reserve juice.

3Add egg to salmon and mix.

4Add flour and mix.

5Add baking powder to 1/4 cup juice and beat until it will foam, pour into salmon mixture and stir, mixing all together.

6Drop by tablespoon into hot oil.

7Fry until brown on one side, then turn.

8May drop by teaspoon making small ones to serve with a toothpick.
