- 2 salmon steaks
- 1 ready pie crust
- 1/2 pkg. spinach
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pkg. croissant
- 1 c. rice
Directions

1Cool salmon in the oven about 45 minutes.

2Defrost frozen spinach and drain.

3Cook white rice.

4Mix salmon and rice and add eggs.

5Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

6Use already made pie crust (or your own recipe).

7Layer spinach and rice mixture.

8Use already made croissant dough to cover and decorate the top.

9Cover with aluminum foil and cook at 450° for approximately 40 minutes and uncover until croissant gets crispy.
