- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 c. chopped pecans, very fine
- 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped very fine
Directions

1Combine salmon and cream cheese, mixing well.

2Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans and parsley.

3Chill well. Shape into 12-inch long log and roll in pecans and parsley. Roll up in foil or plastic wrap.

4Chill well.

5Serve with assorted crackers.
