- 1/2 cup scallion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest of
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill
- 1/4 cup roasted pepper, diced
- fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
