- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. milk
- 8 eggs
- 2 lb. can salmon
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp. Cool and crumble. Set aside.

2Steam chopped onions and chopped celery until tender. Set aside.

3Lightly sprinkle bottom of a baking pan with garlic salt.

4Place halibut fillets in pan.

5Sprinkle again with garlic salt, white pepper and Johnnie's seafood seasoning.

6Top each fillet with onion/celery mix and bacon crumbles.

7Pour evaporated milk over each fillet to completely moisten each fillet.

8Bake, covered, at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until fish flakes and is no longer translucent.

9Serve with slice of lemon on top.
