  • 1 (8 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • few drops hot pepper sauce
  • buttered, toasted bread or crackers
  • red (cayenne) pepper
  • watercress sprigs

Directions

    In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.

    Cover and refrigerate.

    To serve, spread on buttered toasted bread or crackers.

    Sprinkle with red pepper; garnish with watercress sprigs.
