- 1 (8 oz.) can red salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- few drops hot pepper sauce
- buttered, toasted bread or crackers
- red (cayenne) pepper
- watercress sprigs
Directions

1In a medium bowl, combine salmon, mayonnaise, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.

2Cover and refrigerate.

3To serve, spread on buttered toasted bread or crackers.

4Sprinkle with red pepper; garnish with watercress sprigs.

5Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
