- 6 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
- 12 cup melted butter
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 13 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions

1Place salmon on greased broiler rack for 8-10 minutes.

2Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well.

3Brush some over salmon.

4Turn and broil ten minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

5Baste with remaining mixture.
