  • 6 salmon steaks (1 inch thick)
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 13 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 12 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper

Directions

    Place salmon on greased broiler rack for 8-10 minutes.

    Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well.

    Brush some over salmon.

    Turn and broil ten minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Baste with remaining mixture.
