- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Texas Pete or Tabasco (if you like it hotter)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 4 c. milk (whole or low-fat)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Place in saucepan with pepper, butter, Worcestershire sauce, Texas Pete and paprika. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

3Add milk and bring to just boiling. Remove from heat and serve with oyster crackers.
