  • 2 cans of Salmon or 1 lb. fresh Salmon
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans veg all or 1 lb. bag of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 potatoes chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream corn
  • Cornstarch can be added to thicken

Directions

    Boil potatoes and chicken broth until tender. Add frozen vegetables (if used) ten all other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
