- 2 cans of Salmon or 1 lb. fresh Salmon
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 cans veg all or 1 lb. bag of frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 potatoes chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream corn
- Cornstarch can be added to thicken
Directions

1Boil potatoes and chicken broth until tender. Add frozen vegetables (if used) ten all other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
