Salmon Supper

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
- 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can biscuits
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Saute onion and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden.

3Blend in salt and flour.

4Gradually stir in milk and soup.

5Bring to a boil.

6Boil 1 minute.

7Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice.

8Pour into baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch.

9Top with biscuits.

10Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
