Salmon Supper

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can biscuits

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Saute onion and green pepper in hot fat until onion is golden.

    Blend in salt and flour.

    Gradually stir in milk and soup.

    Bring to a boil.

    Boil 1 minute.

    Add flaked salmon, peas and lemon juice.

    Pour into baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch.

    Top with biscuits.

    Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
