  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pink salmon
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp. finely diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • chopped parsley or chives
  • chopped pecans

    Mix first 7 ingredients and shape into ball.
