- 4 to 8 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 2 c. canned salmon
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. or more milk
Directions

1Melt oleo (or butter) and blend in flour and spices.

2Add salmon liquid and milk.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring until thick.

4Stir in spaghetti, mushrooms and salmon.

5Sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7Serves 4 to 6.
