Salmon Vegetable Pie

- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. each plain yogurt and mayonnaise
- salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 2/3 c. frozen peas
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove bones and skin.

2Flake into a bowl and mix with onion, zucchini, peas, cheese and dill weed.

3Beat eggs with yogurt and mayonnaise; stir into salmon mixture. Salt lightly to taste and turn into the pie shell.

4Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes or until filling has set and is lightly browned.
