  • milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small can peas, drained
