- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1After the rabbit has been cleaned and soaked in salt water, cut off front and back legs.

2Cut back in two pieces.

3Wash and soak again in salt water.

4Salt and flour; put in skillet where cooking oil has been added.

5Brown rabbit on both sides, turning often. Pour little water in skillet and cook for 1 hour on low heat.
