- 1 (14 oz.) can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.

2Put salmon into a mixing bowl, breaking it apart well with a fork, then add the flour and slightly beaten egg.

3Add pepper, if desired, then mix well.

4Add the baking powder to the reserved liquid.

5Beat well with fork until foamy.

6Pour this into the salmon mixture; stir until blended.
