Ingredients

  • 1 3/8 cups water
  • 2 cups salt
  • teas
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 4 cups flour

Directions

    Dissolve the salt in the water (warm), add the yeast and half the flour.

    Stir well and after obtaining a homogeneous mixture, add the remaining flour.

    Pour in a container greased with olive oil and let rise until doubled in volume.

    Turn on the oven at 240°C.

    Mold into small balls and place in a tray lined with parchment paper.

    Sprinkle with flour.

    Bake in a hot oven until golden brown.
