- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
- 4 sq. baking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. peppermint flavor
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
Directions

1Melt chocolate; set aside to cool slightly.

2Cream the butter and sugar, then add to cooled chocolate.

3Beat until fluffy.

4Add whole eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5Add peppermint and vanilla; beat again.

6Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs in paper lined muffin cups.

7Add chocolate mixture; sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top.

8Refrigerate until firm.

9Better if made the day before serving.

10Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries.
