- 20 to 24 large tomatoes
- fresh garlic to taste
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. cilantro
- 2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Blanch tomatoes and remove cores and skins.

2Quarter. Coarsely chop peppers and onions.

3Combine all ingredients.

4Cook 1 1/2 hours.

5Process in hot water bath.

6Pint jars, 10 to 12 minutes.
