- 10 jalapeno peppers (leave seeds in two of them)
- 1 clove garlic (more, if desired)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Directions

1Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
