  • 4 oz. olives, drained and chopped
  • 4 oz. green chilies, drained and chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. coriander (cilantro), chopped or parsley
  • 2/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except chips.
