- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped (more if you want it hot!)
- 3 large onions
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Let tomatoes sit 1 hour; drain.

2Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling; simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

3Place in a water bath for 15 minutes.
