Ingredients

  • 2 large green bell peppers, diced
  • 2 large sweet red peppers, diced (I use Holland peppers)
  • 1 small purple onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jar green olives, chopped
  • 1 can black olives, chopped
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, sauteed and diced *
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared according to pkg. directions
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar mild taco sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar medium taco sauce

    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.

    Best if made two days in advance.

    For spicier salsa, use more medium or hot taco sauce. Serve with tortilla chips.
