- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 (8 oz.) can chopped chilies in tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 small can jalapenos (if desired)
Directions

1In microwave, cook chilies with onions and tomatoes until tender.

2Slowly add cubes of Velveeta, microwaving and stirring each time until melted.

3Dip should be thick.

4Only add cheese until it reaches your desired consistency.
