- 12 eggs
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 non stick spray
- dash black pepper
- dash sage
- dash Montreal steak seasoning
Directions

1Brown you ground pork, add sage, black pepper and Montreal steak seasoning as you brown.

2Break you eggs in a medium bowl, wish eggs.

3Dice your red pepper, and slice your green onions.

4Add them to your eggs, wish all together.

5Pre heat oven to 375

6Add cooked ground pork to your egg mixture.

7Wish all together.

8Spray muffin pan with non stick spray.

9Add even amounts of egg mixture into each muffin slot.

10Put muffin pan into the oven, Bakr for 20 minutes.

11Enjoy!
