  • 3 raw boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa (mild or medium)
  • 1 12 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into thirds.

    Rub taco seasoning onto chicken, covering all surface areas.

    Place chicken into baking dish.

    Pour salsa onto chicken.

    Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
