  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 pkg. (35 g) 40%-less-salt taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup refried beans, warmed
  • 4 small tostada shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup light sour cream

    Cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
