- 1 jar (16 oz.) thick and chunky salsa
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cut up
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

2Stir in salsa and water. Bring to a boil.

3Stir in macaroni.

4Reduce heat to medium - low. Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender.
