- Shrimp, clams, scallop, squid or possibly tuna
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lg. can Italian style tomatoes
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 each basil and oregano leaves
- Salt to taste
Directions

1In heavy skillet saute/fry garlic in oil till golden, remove and throw away garlic.

2Drain liquid from tomatoes into skillet, crush the tomatoes and add in to the pan.

3Add in salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.

4Simmer uncovered for 30 min.

5Reduce and thicken sauce if needed.

6While cooking 1 lb.

7of spaghetti as directed, add in the boiled shell fish and 1/2 c. of parsley into the tomato sauce.

8Heat about 5 min.

9Drain cooked spaghetti, place in plate, spoon sauce over it and sprinkle Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese on top.
