- 1 (16 oz.) can ChiChi salsa
- 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped black olives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 servings (8 oz.; uncooked) hot cooked pasta (rotini, tortellini, rigatoni, etc.)
- 1/4 c. toasted chopped walnuts
- grated Parmesan cheese
- cilantro (fresh)
Directions

1In a large saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine salsa, ricotta, olives and garlic.

2Cook 5 to 10 minutes until heated through. Spoon sauce over hot pasta.

3Sprinkle with walnuts, cilantro and Parmesan cheese.
