- 1/2 lb. peppers, cook until done
- 1 medium onion, cook until done
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 can no salt tomatoes
- garlic to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 bunch cilantro
- salt to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 3/4 c. fresh cilantro
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lb. tomatillos
- salt to taste
- jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in oil.

2Add tomatillos, cilantro, water, salt and peppers to your taste.

3(If you prefer a milder pepper, use it.)

4Simmer until thick (approximately 30 minutes). Store in refrigerator or freezer.

5To process in jars, follow directions in your pressure cooker or canning booklets.
