- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN 2% Milkfat Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
Directions

1Beat egg product and cottage cheese in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended.

2Spray medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray.

3Add green pepper and onion; cook on medium-high heat 2 to 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.

4Add egg product mixture and cheddar cheese.

5Reduce heat to medium.

6Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until set, stirring frequently.
