  • 1 lb tomatillo
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 14 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 12 medium onion, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • water, to boil

Directions

    Peel papery skins from tomatillos, and wash them and the jalapenos.

    Boil tomatillos and jalapenos for 5 minutes and drain.

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds to mix.

    Chill and serve.
