  • 1 cup chickpeas garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • pepper
  • salt

Directions

    Drain and rinse chickpeas.

    Add tahini, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to a food processor or blender. Blend until you get a smooth, thick paste.

    Gradually add water until mixture is smooth and creamy.
