- 2 medium tomatoes
- 10 medium tomatillos
- 5 -10 serrano chilies (take the stems off)
- salt
Directions

1Boil a medium to large size pot of water.

2Add all of the tomatoes, tomatillos, and Serrano Chillies and boil until the tomatoes start to split.

3Put all of the tomatoes, tomatillos, and Serrano Chillies into a blender and puree until the liquid is a smooth consistency.

4Add a little of the water from the pot that you boiled if necessary.

5Pour all of the salsa into a large container and mix together.

6Add salt to taste.

7Serve hot or chilled.
