  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • chile pepper
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 cup hazelnuts

    Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, combine the oil with the rosemary, and a pinch each of chile pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

    Coat the hazelnuts with the spice mixture and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

    Roast the nuts for approximately 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through the roasting process.

    Remove the hazelnuts from the oven. Allow the hazelnuts to cool, place them in a bowl, and serve.
