- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- chile pepper
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 cup hazelnuts
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, combine the oil with the rosemary, and a pinch each of chile pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

3Coat the hazelnuts with the spice mixture and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

4Roast the nuts for approximately 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through the roasting process.

5Remove the hazelnuts from the oven. Allow the hazelnuts to cool, place them in a bowl, and serve.
