Salted Nut Roll Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows

Directions

    Melt margarine and chips together; add milk and warm up.

    Stir in the marshmallows and stir to combine, but don't overcook! Butter 9 x 13-inch cake pan; sprinkle 1/2 of peanuts in bottom of pan.

    Pour heated mixture over top; add rest of peanuts on top and cool in refrigerator.
