  • 1 stack saltines, crushed fine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 7 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 medium carton Cool Whip
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut

Directions

    Spread Cool Whip on cake.

    Drain crushed pineapple and place on top of Cool Whip and then frozen coconut.

    Refrigerate.
