Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breasts (about 4 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. chicken broth or white wine
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Brown chicken on both sides in oil over medium heat.

2Remove chicken and add garlic in the skillet.

3Saute for a minute. Combine broth, soy sauce, brown sugar and crushed red pepper. Place chicken in skillet and pour sauce over it.

4Cover tightly and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

5Remove chicken to serving platter.

6Stir in cornstarch dissolved in water.

7Stir and cook until thickened.

8Pour over chicken.
