- 2 lb. flour (8 c. approximately)
- 3 eggs, beaten whole
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Roll thin, cut in diamonds so you do not have much to re-roll. Spread egg over top, then sugar and press nut into center of cookie.

2Bake at 350°.

3Start on bottom, then put up on top of oven; watch carefully.
