  • 1 c. butter (2 sticks)
  • 2 c. cake flour (do not sift)
  • 5 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. pecans

    Put cake flour and powdered sugar in bowl.

    Add butter; mix with

    until all sticks together. Then make little rolls or balls and place on cookie sheet.

    Cook for 1 hour, then turn cookies over for 5 minutes. Bake in 275° oven until light brown.
