  • 1 c. butter
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. cold water

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla.

    Alternate sifted flour and water.

    Fold

    in pecans.

    Shape into balls and bake at 325° for 18 to 20 minutes.

    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.

    Makes 4 dozen.
