- 6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 c. thinly sliced sweet pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Put cucumbers, onion and sweet pepper in jar or other container with lid.

2Sprinkle with salt and stir.

3Let stand in refrigerator 2 hours.

4Take out; drain liquid and add sugar, vinegar and celery seed.

5Stir.

6Put back in refrigerator.

7Will keep for 2 weeks.
