- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 3/4 c. warm water
- melted butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- approximately 3 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Combine sugar, 3/4 cup warm water, salt and oil.

3Add yeast.

4Stir well.

5Add flour.

6Mix to smooth, soft dough.

7Knead lightly on floured board.

8Place dough in greased bowl; cover and let rise until at least doubled (about 2 hours).

9Make into rolls; brush with melted butter; let rise until very light.

10Bake 15 minutes at 400°.
