  • 1 qt. corn
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Melt butter in baking dish.

    Add corn, salt and milk and mix. Sprinkle grated nutmeg over top.

    Bake until set and bubbling near center, approximately 30 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
