- 1 ready pie crust
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bring chicken broth to a boil.

2Add vegetables and simmer until tender.

3Blend flour with milk.

4Stir into broth mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.

5Stir in chicken, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.

6Spoon into a 10-inch casserole.

7Place crust over filling in casserole.

8Seal edges. Make slits in crust.

9Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes until crust is golden.
