  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup corn or vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
