- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1- 1/2 cup Uncooked Pasta Pieces
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 64 ounces, fluid Tomato Juice
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
Directions

1Mix beef, noodles, egg, onion, salt and pepper.

2Form into balls.

3In a deep pan combine tomato juice, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.

4Bring sauce to a simmer.

5Add enough meatballs to cove the bottom of the pan.

6Simmer 30 minutes.

7Flip meatballs over.

8Simmer 30 more minutes.

9Can be served as an appetizer (make meatballs smaller) or as a main dish over rice (make meatballs larger).
