- 1 whole Mango, Peeled And Diced
- 1/2 whole Purple Onion, Diced
- 3 whole Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 3 whole Avocados, Diced
- 1/2 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 4 pieces Salmon Ready To Grill
Directions

1Combine the salsa ingredients, stir, cover and refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.

2Season fish with salt and pepper.

3Heat grill to around 350 degrees.

4Place fish on foil-lined grill to prevent from sticking and burning.

5Cover and cook until fish are flakey and done.

6Remove from grill and plate up.

7Top each serving with a generous portion of prepared salsa.

8Serve with extra lime wedges if desired.
