  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled And Diced
  • 1/2 whole Purple Onion, Diced
  • 3 whole Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 3 whole Avocados, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 pieces Salmon Ready To Grill

Directions

    Combine the salsa ingredients, stir, cover and refrigerate for about half an hour before serving.

    Season fish with salt and pepper.

    Heat grill to around 350 degrees.

    Place fish on foil-lined grill to prevent from sticking and burning.

    Cover and cook until fish are flakey and done.

    Remove from grill and plate up.

    Top each serving with a generous portion of prepared salsa.

    Serve with extra lime wedges if desired.
