- 80 grams Dark brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 2/3 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Frying oil
Directions

1Break the egg into a bowl and beat it.

2Add the sugar and mix well.

3Add the vegetable oil.

4Add the cake flour and baking powder, and fold them in.

5Roll the dough into ping pong ball sized balls.

6Deep fry the dough balls slowly in oil heated to around 160C.
